Welcome! Come and relax at the Sea Billows Bungalow! Peaceful sound side property with beautiful sunset vistas to be enjoyed from the westward facing deck. Enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful water views of the sound or sip on a cocktail in the evening and experience the famous Outer Banks sunsets. We are conveniently situated near great restaurants, the outlet mall (perfect for shopping on a rainy day), Jennette’s Pier (fishing and beach access), and a short drive from wedding venues in Manteo.The Space:The ground level offers ample parking, enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill as well as outdoor seating and can be enjoyed at night when the Edison lighting is on. Enjoy a movie night on the outdoor projector or take a dip in the year round 6 seater hot tub!The main level offers an open concept living space with a well stocked kitchen(no dishwasher), seating for six at the dining room table, and a cozy living room. Two sliding glass doors grant access to the wrap-around deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress, the secondary bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over a full as well as an additional twin to make a perfect kids room. All three bedrooms and the living room have TVs. Additionally there is a washer and dryer and two full bathrooms.During the peak summer months enjoy access to the Village Beach Club (3 minute drive). It offers parking for members to enjoy the club house with food and drinks as well as a communal pool and beach access. Great environment for guests with small children. This is only offered when in season (Memorial day-Labor day)We supply a small beach bag with six beach towels as well as six beach chairs. We have three adult bikes and two children’s bike for guests to use.When you arrive all of the bedrooms will have the quilt on the bed and all of the linens neatly folded on top, as they are pictured in the listing. We realize it is an inconvenience to make your own bed on vacation but we do this to ensure that you have the peace of mind to know your linens are clean and not left over from previous guests.Everything that the Outer Banks has to offer can easily be enjoyed by a quick drive or bike ride.Must be 25 years or older to book.Pet fee: $150 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs.We provide dog bowls for your convenience.
