Amazing duplex featuring two living spaces. Open concept living/dining/kitchen area is complemented with a private patio perfect to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. The house layout consists of a main level master suite with a king bed. There is a 1/2 bath located on the main floor accessible to the living area. The lower level contains 1 king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 queen bedroom plus a second living area. A second living area, located downstairs, includes a second fireplace, wet bar, game table, and small desk/work area.Upstairs you will find a lofted area with a crib, a sitting area and sofa. Additionally there is a bunk room, with two bunk beds (4 beds total) and a trundle bed. Finally, there is a queen room (with AC) with a jack and jill bathroom located between the rooms.
