Minutes to High Point University, HP Market and the new Rockers Baseball Stadium.THINGS TO NOTE:- ADDITIONAL GUESTS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED UPON REQUEST, AND GIVEN PERMISSION.- We RENT ONLY to couples, families, and responsible adults 21 and OLDER.- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.-Parking is available behind the house.- Pets are allowed, but we must be notified and approve prior to your stay. If pets will join your stay, they must be house trained and we ask all animals to be crated if you leave the home.
