Twin with a nice size living room, eating area and sunroom addition. Freshly painted and new vinyl floors throughout. The front deck is covered and spacious enough for all guests. There are two full bathrooms along with an outdoor shower. The property has a nice fenced-in backyard with a covered back porch, brick pavers, a picnic table with an umbrella and a gas grill. There are also two eating areas inside the house for your convenience. The third bedroom/sunroom off of the kitchen has sliding barn doors for privacy, a queen size sofa bed and sliders to the back porch. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. We will be happy to recommend a service for linens and towels, if needed, as we do not supply them. All linens and towels are provided by the renter. The Lobster House, Dry Dock, C-View Inn, Lucky Bones, Wawa and the scenic harbor with the Fishermen’s Memorial are all within walking distance.
