Furnished 3 bedroom home with 2 baths near Hampton beach. House has a large master bedroom with queen sized bed and sitting area.Relaxing getaway with breathtaking 270 degree marsh views. The house is very unique for the area – on a quiet dead end road with a 0.5 acre lot. So you don’t feel like you’re right on top of your neighbors as with many properties in the area. The house is a short 10-15 minute walk to Hampton beach and a 3 minute walk to a private and secluded beach on the Hampton Harbor. At low tide the Hampton Harbor beach has a huge sand bar that’s great fun for kids and adults! Sunsets from the back yard are also terrific!House comes well equiped with:- Sea kayaks (4)/life jackets, surf boards (2), and boogie boards (2)- Wifi and cable TV- Kitchen has everything you should need – plates, appliances, etc- Clothes washer and dryer- Barbeque grill- Selection of gamesLong term winter rental is available from beginning of October to end of April or May
