You’ll entertain easily in the sunlit living space, two dining areas, and a well-appointed kitchen with a walk-in pantry, double ovens, and stainless steel appliances.After a night spent gathered around the 70-inch TV. There are two primary suites, one of which offers its own private entrance from the front courtyard. One of the guest bedrooms has a Sega Genesis system. The casita is on the north side of the property, featuring a separate entrance, a private patio with an outdoor fireplace, a mini-fridge, and a bed.You’ll find this home two miles north of El Paseo, the famous stretch of downtown Palm Desert known for its outstanding restaurants, upscale shops, and art galleries. There are dozens of world-class golf courses within a short drive, including several open to the public. You can catch professional tennis action at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden six miles east, the site of the annual BNP Paribas Open, or spend a memorable morning touring the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens three miles south.THINGS TO KNOWOutdoor music is prohibited.
