Walk out your door for many hiking trails and enjoy the A/C mini split in the warmer summer months! Room for families of 7 with 3 bedrooms, plus a loft. Walk into the lower level with the Washer and Dryer Room. Find the TV and Family Room for kids to hang out! Walk up a flight of stairs to enter the main level. Here you’ll find a newer fully equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom with a king-size bed. Mountain views from the living area. The bedroom on the 3rd floor is off the loft with a Queen Bed and Futon.Great summer activities are so close! Several fun hiking trails for all abilities on the Kanc! Loon Mountain is Close with ziplining over the Pemi River, Ropes Course, Mountain Bike Rentals, Scenic Gondola Ride to Loon Mountain Peak, Climbing Wall and so much more! Enjoy all the restaurants with outdoor seating and shops around town!So many family fun NH Attractions so close including Whale’s Tale Water Park, Clark’s Trading Post, Dinner Train, Mini Golf, Lost River or drive over the scenic Kanc with several stops to swimming holes and be in North Conway under an hour!Pets are allowed with the Owners’ approval.
