Galley style kitchen has a 4 burner stove, built in oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and more! Fun Tiki bar inside, with 2 bar stools and plenty of drink ware Private pool and spa create an oasis away from it all, with amazing views! Two car garage available.Come and stay! You bring the sunscreen, and we’ll provide the sun! There is NO access to a mail box at this home. This property has a booking age minimum of 25. No smoking. No parties. Small dogs considered with $200 pet fee and photo of your furry friends approved. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.POOL HEATPool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.
