THE SPACEThe is an open floor plan with a comfortably furnished living room and a flat screen TV. There are two nicely appointed bedrooms with antique furnishings, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and a twin bed. All new mattresses as of 2022!The partial kitchen with a small breakfast bar area is equipped for preparing simple meals and there is additional outdoor seating for 6 and a gas grill to enjoy the beautiful river scenery. Adirondack chairs and a small picnic table are also available on the Roaring Fork River beach.Enjoy time spent on the beautiful patio, casting a line or with a picnic dinner at the river’s edge and experience total relaxation while listening to the soothing sounds of the rushing waters of the Roaring Fork River.
