Originally built in 2004, you’ll find this condo well appointed with new furnishings and all the comforts of home. Located only ten minutes south of Clearwater Beach, this top floor corner unit (with elevator access) provides easy access to the beach.Located beachside, you’ll enjoy gulf views at lower prices. From our spacious living room and balcony, there are beautiful partial views of the beach.What we love: One of the advantages to being in the corner on the top floor, is there is much less noise from adjacent neighbors; and while the pool is close, we have no noise from it. Some guest have shared how much they appreciate this when their young ones are napping, or just when they simply wish to unwind.The heated pool and spa is adjacent to the beach, complete with BBQ grills for your family to enjoy. A reserved parking space is yours, under covered parking; and you also receive a guest pass for parking in any of the guest spaces (most are covered, a few overflow spaces are uncovered).We are only a 35-minute drive from the Tampa International Airport; and a 20-minute drive from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Trolley service is nearby that runs north to Clearwater Beach and south to Pass-A-Grille – stop along the way to enjoy all the shopping, entertainment, bars, and restaurants.Comfortable accommodations include a king bed in the master with private bath, a queen bed in the second bedroom with private entry to hallway bath, sleeper sofa in the living room, large open kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances and fully equipped with all the amenities of your own kitchen. Closet space is plentiful throughout the unit and includes storage for your beach toys. Beach chairs are provided. Best of all – you’re only a few steps to the beach.Indian Rocks Beach is a delightful community with so much to see and do. Within walking distance of the condo is one of the area’s very best restaurants – Guppy’s on the Beach – you will not be disappointed! Heading further south you’ll find more great bars and restaurants like, Keegan’s Seafood Grille, TJ’s Italian Cafe, Aqua Prime, The Pub, and Crabby Bill’s – all located right on Gulf Boulevard. Don’t feel like walking? No problem, take the trolley up and down Gulf Boulevard!Nearby shopping and beautiful golf courses await you. Take a drive to the very quaint little Dunedin, or the Greek Community of Tarpon Springs. Downtown St. Pete in about 30 minutes; and in about 45 minutes you can take the family to Busch Gardens. Spend the day at Disney World, Epcot Center or Universal – just an hour and a half drive. Depending on the season, attend a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game, Tampa Bay Buccaneers football game, or a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game.Indian Rocks Beach is located south of Clearwater Beach, and north of St. Pete Beach. Once you discover IRB (Indian Rocks Beach), you’ll never want to stay anywhere else!Please note: Check-in and check-out days are on Saturday between the months of January through August.We try to be as accessible as possible. This is our only rental property and we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to make your vacation a wonderful experience. We vacation here with our family, too, and absolutely love it!
