The living room has a pull out sofa sleeper for two additional guests. The main level has the kitchen, dining area, and living room that walks out to a balcony with tables and seating for your comfort and enjoyment.Other things to noteThe day dock can be used to drop off and pick up passengers but there is not space to store your boat on site. Our condo is an upstairs unit so please note that you’ll need to be respectful of our neighbors.
