There are four adolescent live oaks on the corner-lot property. There are two other apartments on the property, one on the first floor and the other comprising the entire second floor. The apartment is approximately 750 square feet large. There are four steps up the front walkway to the front porch and the front door.The front door opens onto the living space. The living area has a large sofa and a 32″ television with upgraded cable. The contiguous dining area features a table that seats up to six.The galley kitchen has just been installed and is equipped for six with dayware, vintage glassware, pots, pans, bakeware and basic condiments and spices. There is an electric range with vent, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator, as well as smaller appliances like a toaster and drip coffee maker.A small hallway separates the living areas from the sleeping and bath quarters.The bathroom has a full-size tub with shower, a sink and toilet. Linens are provided.The bedroom features a queen-size bed with two nightstands, dresser and slipper chair. A large closet is shielded with a curtain and can accommodate hanging clothing, shoes and extra linens.Two window units cool and heat the apartment, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom.There are 11 windows in the unit, a front and back door. The windows are covered by cloth Roman shades for light and privacy.
