It is semi-private because there is no fence separating it from the neighboring courtyard, but it cannot be accessed from the street.* The bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. The stairs are steeper than modern standards.* We are in a residential neighborhood, convenient to the hustle and bustle of Savannah’s popular tourist areas, but there will likely be some city noises. In addition, horse carriages and tour groups come past the house.* The townhouse has been updated, but it is over 200 years old so it has character like uneven wood floors and century-old windows.* No pets allowed.* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.* While we are child friendly, please note that our house is not child-proof.* The townhouse shares a common wall with the neighboring unit, so please be respectful of your neighbors.* Absolutely no parties.
