Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your private balcony and take advantage of being steps from the beach for sun-soaked days and evening strolls along the shore..PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. 7′ Garage Clearance. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking.
