Enjoy the beautiful fireplace in the spacious living room, followed by a dining room leading out to a new outdoor oasis. New kitchen with all the cooking essentials needed. Also comes with a huge backyard and a propane grill to enjoy the outdoors while the kids play some basketball. Along with a great location that gives an easy trip to get to Downtown Stamford where you have access to a large variety of restaurants. As well as all the other things that come with downtown Stamford such as theaters, parks, and shopping centers. Also only 30 minutes away from New York City. Direct express train from Stamford Station to Grand Central.As our guest please be courteous with our neighbors. Please keep volume to a minimum in the hallways and stairs. Please note that this rental is NOT intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay.Disclosures: Please note there is a lower level unit which guests may be staying in during your stay it is completely private their entrance is on the left side of the home.
