On the lower level there is an entertainment room with a comfortable large sofa and screen TV and all the board games you can imagine. The house includes 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, beach towels and toys. The beach is a short bike ride along the bike path. Fully equipped with high speed internet, Sonos throughout, Jura espresso machine, and high end appliances.
