Ski Run Marina, a South Lake Tahoe landmark since 1939, is within walking distance. Take a cruise on the famous Tahoe Queen, an authentic Mississippi paddle-wheeler.Relax in the cozy living area with a TV with a DVD player; enjoy the well-equipped open kitchen with custom cabinets. Family meals can be taken at the dining table. Sliding doors lead out to the upper deck with views of the surrounding trees.The primary bedroom has a rustic log frame bed, a TV, and private access to the lower balcony. One bedroom is a hanging loft accessed by a ladder via the living space. Teens and older kids will love sleeping high above the action with their own TV. One bathroom indulges with heated floors, a stylish glass pedestal sink, and a tiled walk-in shower.Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.THINGS TO KNOWCable TV is not available.The loft bedroom is not suitable for younger children.The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.Tahoe is home to many animals. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 4 people and 1 car; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. We have a strict no-party policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Ski shuttle details: ski run blvdDamage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
