Perfect for a winter escape, romantic retreat for two, a memorable family vacation with little ones, or a quiet getaway.Sangria Skies is a second-floor unit, with easy elevator access. Everything is shiny and new in this remodeled unit – bright, white kitchen with full-sized appliances, coffee station (because … coffee!), fold-out sofa if you need it, spacious, comfy living area with crystal-clear, large-screen TV, private bedroom with queen bed and a second large-screen TV and walk-in closet. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with grab bars and the most amazing LED mirror you’ve every seen. Private, furnished balcony overlooks a manicured lawn and one of 5 pools (4 are heated)!Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars, yet away from the street noise, as we are located in the heart of the complex. Less than 10-minute drive to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter shopping and more great restaurants then you’ll have time to try.
