The complex offers a beautiful 60’x30′ swimming pool, BBQ areas, a shuffleboard court, and beach showers located at the entrance of the complex.THE ENTIRE UNIT WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IN THE SUMMER OF 2017: Plastered ceiling, tiled lanai, new flooring in the whole unit, tiled walk-in shower, bamboo kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertop, new stainless appliances, and island/beach style furnishing. Both, the living room and bedroom have flat-screen TVs and A/C units. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new 14″ memory foam mattress.
