Our house is centrally located in historic downtown Swansboro, within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It is a short drive to beautiful local Crystal Coast beaches. If you’re looking for the full Swansboro and Crystal Coast experience, this is the place for y’all.A spacious 3 bedroom and 1 full bathroom open concept house that sleeps six people comfortably. Great room, dining room and full kitchen with a shared laundry room. A large front porch to enjoy the day along with a grill and outdoor seating. It is within walking distance to downtown Historic Swansboro that has many choices of restaurants, bars, and shopping. A short drive to the amazing Crystal Coast beaches. A fabulous vacation spot!This is a ” duplex rental home”. There is an additional 1 bedroom, 1 full bath rental located in the back with separate entrance. No living spaces are shared in exception for the laundry facilities that are on a scheduled time for each rental with separate entry. Also displaying original, stunning artwork from local artists that is available for purchase!
