This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has hardwood floors, a brand new kitchen, plus a large deck and gas fire pit to enjoy the outdoors. Just 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the cute town of Weaverville, 13 min to Blue Ridge Parkway. Near dining and grocery shopping too.Pet Friendly! Max 2 dogs, no cats. Non-shedding breeds only. Max weight 40 lbs each. Due to insurance, no aggressive breeds allowed: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, English Bulldog, among others.Pet fee is $75 non-refundable.
