The main master in the back of the house has a sauna in the bathroom, and the second king master has a large bathroom with a double vanity, a whirlpool bath, and a separate walk-in shower. The third king bedroom (in the front of the house) also has a private bath, and there is a twin kids’ bedroom with a trundle bed and direct access to a hall bathroom. Bring up to two dogs along. The living room/dining room has a vaulted ceiling and a large wall-mounted TV. The living area opens to a large sun porch with plenty of light and tranquil views of the fairway. The kitchen is off the living area, offering granite countertops, renovated cabinets, and newer appliances (including two refrigerators). There is a breakfast nook off the kitchen for casual dining. You can also find a new screened porch with a table for four, a loveseat, and a ceiling fan, as well as a new spacious deck with a grill and a table with an umbrella!This house is centrally located in West Beach, 700 yards from the beach and within close biking distance of the amenities in Freshfields Village.
