The house features two bedrooms, a large living room with plenty of natural light, and an enclosed porch. The house is located just steps from the lake and you have access to a dock and 2,000 pound limit boat hoist.There is a community park a short walk away that has a beach, playground, swings, small basketball court, and plenty of open land.The house is conveniently located at the north end of the lake. The town of Honeoye is less than a five-minute drive away and features quaint restaurants and shops.
