The living room, dining room and kitchen create a spacious great room where everyone can socialize together after a day on the ski slopes. Sun Vail enjoys a large, year round outdoor swimming pool, redwood sauna, and outdoor hot tubs.Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms. ALL NEW BEDS in April 2023.- The primary bedroom has a king bed, private full bath and private balcony.- The second bedroom has a queen bed.- The third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom.There is a second full bathroom in the hall. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Please note stairs up to 3rd floor, no elevator.NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise.
