You really can’t beat our location, walking distance to the Del Mar Fair Grounds- skip the headache of dealing with the parking for concerts, races, and the fair. The private beach access is right across the street on the west side of our community, just a 3 minute walk from our front door. Our sparkling clean two-story condo is recently remodeled and fully stocked with everything you need for cooking at home, playing a game of tennis or pickle ball, BBQ’ing, lounging by the pool, enjoying a show/movie/sports on our smart TV, working from home with our high speed WiFi, and of course we also have all the beach gear you need!Our community has so many amenities that are rare to find in nearby communities, including: 2 heated pools, 2 non-heated pools, 2 spas, tennis and pickleball courts, a sauna, BBQs by the pool, a fitness room, a clubhouse with stunning ocean views, gated community, and of course Private Beach Access!The condo has 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, each with their private bathroom with shower, closets, ceiling fans, luxury vinyl flooring, room-darkening curtains, and comfortable bedding.There is a desk and chair in the primary bedroom upstairs, as well as a work space with a desk and chair downstairs in the living room.
