New to the bedroom is a 43″ Samsung Smart TV , living room 2021 55″ Samsung Smart TV’s, and the IKEA sleeper sofa will have a new 2024 slipcover. New Organic cotton sheets each rental season. Pre and Post Season we have a 2 night minimum.SORRY BUT WE ONLY RENT WEEKLY DURING PEAK-SEASON.We have key-code door locks so no more keys to worry about! A week before your arrival VRBO will email you with check in instructions and ask you to provide your own 4 number code. Most guest use special dates such as a birthday or anniversary and last 4 of their cell number is popular too!Linen’s are included with your rental and includes Neiman Marcus monogrammed cottage bath & hand towels, beach towels and new each season Organic sheets, pillow cases & pillows. We provide pillows, down comforter and quilt.If you are not familiar with the Bass River, South Yarmouth area we are centrally located 1 1/2 hours to either Boston or Provincetown (the furthest tip of Cape Cod).
