There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.The town rents spaces for $10 a night (11PM – 8AM). Lot 9, Kent Street, Brookline is at a 17 min walk. Parking is available at $250/mo.
