Located just two blocks from the beach and a few blocks to all the awesome restaurants and shops Ocean Beach has to offer!This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, speedy wifi, flatscreen smart TV, washer/dryer, parking for one compact car. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the living room has a large, cozy couch great for relaxing after a long day in the sun!Please note: This unit does NOT have A/C. There are ceiling fans in the unit.There is one flight of stairs to walk up to reach this 2nd floor unit.Parking: This unit comes with one parking space, for a compact size car only. Larger vehicles will not fit, and can be parked on the street (there is free street parking!)Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am as to not disturb neighboring units on the property.Pets are not allowed at this property.For larger groups, we have 3 other units at this property that can also be rented.
