For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddle-boards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. Garage Measurements are 7’8″ Wide 6’10 Tall 19’5″ Deep.-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay.- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beach-goers should be expected.- High Chair & Pack n’ Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
