Renovated 2024, Blocks From the Inner Harbor/ Downtown – King, Twins, Pull out.There is a new kitchen, a new bathroom downstairs, and a brand-new bathroom upstairs. I will add more pictures as soon as the carpenter packs up. The new kitchen and downstairs bathroom complement the great room with a round dining table, conversational seating arrangements, plus reading chairs. The brand-new kitchen with a gas stove and convection oven allows cooking and conversation. An outside brick patio with four Adirondack chairs, two loungers, and a grill looks out on a large grass area ready for lots of play or reading bliss. Upstairs, it has two bedrooms and a new bathroom. The king and twin bedrooms have lovely light and beautiful art, including the linens. There is a pull-out queen in the living room. It is a five-minute walk to Main Street and all of Nantucket downtown, two blocks to the bus station and the harbor—everything the island offers. No one has ever complained.
