This home is non-reversed living and offers a large living area, a separate “sunroom” family room with direct access to the back yard, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor offers 3 more bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and a massive deck with views of the bay and sunset. The backyard has been professionally landscaped and finished with composite decking, a pergola and stair access to the deck. There is an attached garage for storage, plenty of parking and a location that is both close to the beach and close to several area stores/restaurants. Please note that for stays of less than one week there is a $150 cleaning fee. 4 beach badges are included. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Please note linens and towels are not included.
