This home is also within easy walking distance to Main Beach, which offers a playground, miniature golf, and seafood restaurants.This home is just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Fernandina Beach and very convenient to the Atlantic Recreation Center pool, which traditionally offers public access and a kids splash park for a small fee. This is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach and lots of other great family activities, like Ft. Clinch just around the corner.The home itself has been completed remodeled and designed with comfort and style in mind. It is truly the perfect cozy cottage and has that old-fashioned Amelia Island charm.The kitchen has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and bathroom has all new fixtures. Beds have high-end linens to give you a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach.Please note that only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created.
