The large renovated kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, full-size washer & dryer, and comes equipped with all you’ll need for your stay. There is bar seating for two plus a large dining table with seating for six.Two secondary bedrooms in the front of the home share a hall bath. The deluxe owner’s suite is tucked away in the back with a beautifully remodeled, private bath with walk-in tile shower and large soaking tub. This home has plenty of space for everyone!Outside you’ll find a fenced yard with patio seating beside the fire pit and a grill for you to use.During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire property except for the master closet.The home is located in the popular Five Points neighborhood. Walk a half mile and enjoy popular restaurants like Hayes Barton (famous for their giant and delicious slices of homemade cakes), Lilly’s Pizza, Nofo at the Pig or Bloomsbury Bistro. One of the best coffee shops in town is also there, called Third Place. If you’re thirsty, check out Crafty Beer Shop, Lolas, or Uncle Jessie’s. You can also walk to local breweries Neuse River and Nickelpoint. And for entertainment, catch an indie flick or live music at the vintage theater close by, the Rialto.There is also a small park with a playground and basketball courts one block behind the house or a larger park, called Fletcher Park, is only one mile away.
