The perfect getaway…Remodeled, beautifully decorated Condo right in the town of Winter Park. Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants, pubs, shops, bowling alley & movie theater. Condo is on the Winter Park Bus Line for a Free Shuttle to Winter Park Resort for easy access to the slopes! The remodeled club house has an indoor pool, three hot tubs, game area, fitness room and laundry facilities. Tons of “perks”, DVD player with movies at your disposal, Cable TV, board games, Wi-Fi & more.This is an end unit Condo on the second floor with a deck to enjoy the mountain views and relax. The Condo can sleep up to ten people but not meant for 10 adults. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached 3/4 bath. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one full sized (can sleep 4 kids) and the other a twin bunk (can sleep 2 kids). Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. The entire condo has new furnishings and a great wood burning fireplace for those cool mountain evenings.Nestled in the pine trees, the river runs through the Hi Country Complex with fantastic views.
