The grounds include a clubhouse with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a sauna, grills, laundry facilities, and direct access to world-class mountain bike trails.This first-floor condo was renovated from top to bottom in 2021, offering such thoughtful touches as wool carpeting, LED lighting, insulated window shades, Italian tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom with radiant heat, and a hearth of brick and slate with a gas fireplace to curl up next to. After a day of adventure, fix your favorite snacks or a hearty meal in the kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining space. Please note: You must walk down three flights of stairs (50 stairs) from the parking lot to the front door.Spend summer evenings outside on the deck and winter nights streaming movies on the living room’s smart TV (YouTube TV and Netflix are provided, other streaming services are available with your own accounts).
