Don’t miss this beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, and one bathroom cottage. The house includes central air conditioning and heat, living room, eat-in kitchen, and washer and dryer on premises. One off street parking spot. Only a five minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town & across from the Madaket bike path. The cottage was built in the early 1800’s but has been fully gut renovated; custom kitchen which includes Kitchen Aid Professional appliances, farm house sink, white quartz counter tops, custom bathroom, new living room furniture, and a private patio.
