Renovated, dog friendly, summer pool access and beautiful views!

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKINGNew 2 bed/2bath renovated condo at the Overlook! This beautifully renovated condo is sure to please, with 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa – it is the ideal escape for a couples getaway or a family vacation! The kitchen is fully equipped to make your favorite snacks or meals and has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and freshly painted cabinets. The living room boasts a wood burning fireplace for those cold winter nights! (wood provided mid-October thru mid-March)The open floor plan allows for everyone to have their own space or enjoy an evening gathered together. Enjoy your your favorite wine on the new deck while taking in the breathtaking mountain and valley views. For the early risers, you can catch the most beautiful sunrises while enjoying your favorite cup of joe! We are just a few minutes away from hiking trails, shops, The Edge and of course the slopes! In the winter months the shuttle is available, it runs on a 15 minute loop and picks up at the entrance of the condominium buildings.We provide STARTER toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You’ll want to bring extra. We do provide liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a sponge or dish cloth. We also provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest mentioned on your reservation when you booked; hand towels will be provided as well. There is a washer & dryer but we do NOT supply the laundry detergent.Please note: We are not considered “Resort Members” so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski equipment in advance as they are NOT guaranteed. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for availability.Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.*This unit is pet friendly, but we ask that you keep pets off all furniture & beds.*EARLY CHECK INS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with us a few days prior to your stay to see if we can accommodate an early-check in. Early check-ins are NOT guaranteed.
