The contemporary design mixed with natural elements creates an inviting space for a city breakamily at this stylish place.The Space:Bedrooms|BathroomsThis home can welcome up to 10 guests in 5 stylish and comfy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The master bedroom features a King size bed and the 3 other rooms queen beds. Bedroom 5 is located outside the main house and has a queen bed.Kitchen|Living SpacesThe living room and dining area seamlessly flow into a fully furnished open kitchen. The living room is flooded with ample natural light streaming in through skylights, crafting a cheerful and radiant atmosphere.Guest Access:Private parking for 4 cars + Free street parking.-Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed and that there is an extra charge.Other Things to Note:There is no central AC/heating in the house however there is a mini split in the living room.Policies:- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted.
