Description

Our home has been completely renovated from top to bottom in 2012 and is ready for you to bring your suit and flip flops. Located just a mile from Old Silver Beach, the home is on historic Route 28A in a quiet residential neighborhood. The outside features a large yard for playing games (we have many in the shed and a full size basketball hoop on the side of the house) and a 400 square foot deck for your enjoyment. The outdoor patio dining can seat six, and there is still plenty of room for the lounge chairs. There is a charcoal and gas grill with electric starter to BBQ. In 2017, we added a patio area with a gas fire pit. Also just off the back deck is a spacious outdoor shower and separate changing room for cleaning up after your days at the beach.Inside the home features an open living and dining area. The dining table can seat up to 10. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen HD TV with cable. We also have a DVD player and lots of movies, and free wifi. The brand new kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, stove, frig and dishwasher. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes etc you would need to make meals.The home has one full bath and three bedrooms. Bedroom one features a full bed. Bedroom two features bunk beds and the master bedroom has a full bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. All rooms have ceiling fans. All bedding is new. Linens and towels are provided.The home has a full size washer and dryer on the main floor.Come enjoy all our home and Falmouth has to offer. In addition to the beach, we are walking distance to the Shining Sea Bike Path which can take you to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. We have a great nature trail across the street, perfect for afternoon walks. North Falmouth features many great restaurants. We are only 10 minutes drive to downtown Falmouth and 10 minutes to the Mashpee Common shopping areaWe look forward to sharing our home with you.
