The kitchen features custom cabnitry, granite counters, stainless appliances, Kitchenaid mixer and everything you’ll need to cook a meal for your family. A coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker is located right off the kitchen as well.The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island bar.Up the stairs you’ll find all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen and views of the back patio and landscape. This room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate vanity area.The first guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, desk area and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.The owners of 132 Beachwalk have provided a Peloton bike for guests to use! Guest will need to have their own app and delta-compatible cleats- must be a 3-screw hole setup. *Additional waiver will need to be signed for usage.The owners have also provided 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart for guests to use.Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard Plantation and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required.
