This space is perfect the weekend getaway, visiting your favorite sports event or traveling for business. There are 2 desk spaces with one printer and complimenatry WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped – ranging from our coffee bar to fully renovated kitchen with gas range. We also offer full use of our washer and dryer (detergent is supplied). This bungalow also offers a large back deck with privacy fence – great for your morning coffee or reading and relaxing.Raleigh just opened its first Wegmans Grocery store (a few minutes away/Wake Forest Rd) so you may want to venture out to stock up the kitchen for your stay.Parking: Plenty of parking space in the long driveway.Other things to noteUpon check out, Please put your sheets and towels in the wash and Load and Run the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes.Early Check-In is $30.00 per hourLate Check-Out is $30.00 per hourThis is a quiet and private neighborhood and any gatherings are Strictly Prohibited.
