Important items to remember: Any violation of the house rules and your signed contract can result in a fine or eviction.• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC/NOISE. The City of Palm Desert has very strict regulations about noise/music. No outdoor music is allowed and a fine of $1,500 will be charged directly to the guests.• NO PETS ALLOWED.• NO SMOKING. All our properties have a no smoking policy. Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.• NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties/events at this property, please respect occupancy limits and noise ordinance.• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or eviction.• CHECK-IN: The City of Palm Desert requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in.• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a $1,500 refundable deposit to cover for any damages or fines. You will receive a payment request through the Airbnb Resolutions before check-in.• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. The City of Palm Desert requires the signer to be 25 years of age.• CHARGES FOR VIOLATIONS of house rules are strictly enforced.
