Dedicated workspace/sunporch separated by a door on the 1st floor.Enjoy the deck with a grill and patio table that seats 8. A separate outdoor seating area has nice wicker furniture under a pergola. The driveway holds at least 4 cars with an additional car in the garage. The yard has been tastefully landscaped.This property is available to rent for 30 days or more however we prefer leases 3+ months. The house is open starting 9/21/24.
