King Master bedroom with ocean front deck, TV, dual vanity and jacuzzi tub.Middle Floor: Den with ocean views, TV/DVD, laundry room. 3 King master bedrooms with TVs and access to the ocean front deck. 1 master bedroom with 2 duo bunk beds (single on top and double on the bottom).Ground Floor: Rec. room with pool table, kitchenette (full size refrigerator), HD TV/Stereo/CD player. Powder Room. Laundry Room. 2 Queen master bedrooms w/ TVs. Garage.Extras: 2024 Pool Dates 3/23/24-10/26/24 Pool heat = $450, Private Hot Tub, WIFI, 9 TVs, 2 Stereos, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, wine cooler, 2 jacuzzi tubs, gas grill, pool table, private lighted beach walkway. Buck Island Community Amenities. No smoking. No pets. Guests are no longer allowed to bring or rent golf carts in the Buck Island Community. Distance to Beach – Ocean Front!Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
