Description

We have completed renovating our beachfront condo with a French Gray interior, new flooring, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom.Our condo has one bedroom with a queen bed and two bunk beds so a total of 4 can sleep comfortably.Watch dolphins swim by sitting on the couch and within a 10-minute walk, you are in the middle of Hilton Head”s downtown Coligny with a variety of shops and restaurants. The famous Tiki Hut Beach Bar is just down the beach where there is daily live music and you can dine or sip a cold drink on the beach while watching or playing beach volleyball.There are dozens of great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and bike rentals. You don’t need a car since everything you need is right outside your door.During the peak summer season from Memorial to Labor Day, I keep weeks consistent by renting from Saturday to Saturday.
