Resort Condo-Furnished-Utilities, Cable & WiFi Included.For rent is our great resort vacation condo in beautiful Palm Springs. This Modern updated 1 Bedroom condo is nicely decorated and has WiFi and cable TV included. The condo is located on the second floor of a two story building and although there are no elevators the unit is near the staircase leading to the ground floor, green space and covered parking. The condo is in the Palm Springs Villas complex on the north end conveniently located by Palm Canyon Drive, the main drag through town. Our condo is a clean, comfortable, bright and airy unit in a fun complex with multiple pools, spas, tennis courts and green belts. Nice mountain views from your private balcony. The dining table seats 4 and the galley style kitchen has everything you need. The living room sofa folds out into a bed. Plenty of covered parking conveniently nearby. Laundry facilities located in building.The condo location is a quick ride to downtown Palm Springs and everything fun there and also is very close to Desert Regional Hospital so it is also a great location for traveling medical professionals.Thanks for your interest.*Sorry, no animals or smoking/vaping allowed*90 Day minimum rental
