Description
Outdoor Living at it’s best in beautiful Southern California weather. Double Casitas set up as Private Sports Bar and a secluded living room. The Resort is world famous and a lovely golf course winding thruout the ample units. The new E-Golf Cart (60V) is included. The 42.3 foot 5th wheel is brand new and fresh everything. It is a rare 2bedroom two bath with wifi, filtered water and a private dog park. Outdoors has an island set up to cook, serve and enjoy. The Resort has everything you could want. Wilderness with Temecula Creek is right outside the resort and hiking for miles and miles. Several of the pools are heated and Tennis Courts, Golf, bocce ball, Cafe’, Grocery, extra parking, and heated pool across from you. Photos of the area show the unique setting. It’s so beautiful, serene, and an excellent location. The icing on the cake is it is in the Temecula Wine Country and cute little Western town of Temecula, too. A wonderful place to live and work out. There IS short term and long term (one month to max of nine months) and fees and pricing takes a mathematical genius. Hope this is easier. Base for long term is $2,400 a month. This will pay for three people, one dog, your resort fees, golf cart, electricity (a $300 ‘bank’ which should be adequate) www wifi, and one cleaning. Golf is very reasonable and pay-to-play. Give a call and we’ll sort it out. There is a four night minimum and I run ‘specials’ occasionally. Per night guests at $225 have ‘all inclusive’ available.
