Note that the Brand Name Resort & Spa/Hyatt/Ritz and all 4/5 resorts charge a 60.00/night resort fee, 45.00/night valet underground parking fee, and 75.00/stay one time booking fee . These fees are customary for a 4-star resort with many amenities and are not included in my fees and is paid directly to the Resort upon check out.
