Background checks will be done within 24hrs of booking.Guests must request to have the pool and spa heated at the time of reservation and it will be additional $100 per day to heat pool, $25 for Spa per day.Guests must notify host to heat spa 1 hour prior to use.Guests must notify host to heat pool 6 hours prior to use.Age requirement to book is 30 unless otherwise approved.We’ re a no smoking home which includes e-cigarettes, vaping, or drugs of any kind. There will be a $200 fee if this house rule is broken.We are a pet free home. There will be a $200 fee per pet if there are any signs of pets in the home.We do not allow any parties of any kind. There will be a $1,000 fee if this house rule is broken.
