*Guests will have the entire lodge to themselves!* All bedrooms are designed like hotel rooms, with private baths and private entrances. The lodge can accommodate up to 18 guests.Bedrooms and bathrooms:Bedroom 1: King bed, private bath (sleeps 2)Bedroom 2: King Bed, private bath (sleeps 2)Bedroom 3: King bed, private bath (sleeps 2)Bedroom 4: King bed, private bath (sleeps 2)Bedroom 5: Two queen beds, private bath (sleeps 4)Bedroom 6: King bed, private bath (sleeps 2)Bedroom 7: Two twin beds, shared bath (sleeps 2)Bedroom 8: Pull out, full sized sofa bed in media room (sleeps 2)*PLEASE NOTE* Bedrooms 1, 6 & 7 can be accessed from inside the lodge. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, & 5 can only be accessed from the outdoor, wrap around deck.Kitchen:Gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a fully sized ice maker, 2 dishwashers. All cookware, glassware and basic spices are provided for every occasion. Bar seating and ample counter space for preparing everything from family pancake breakfast to Thanksgiving meals.What’s Provided:We like to think of ourselves as a ‘home away from home’, supplying all the things you need for a memorable stay with friends, family and/or colleagues.-All towels and linens, a variety of tea and cooking basics-Toilet paper and paper towel rolls-Liquid soap at all sinks. Please bring your preferred toiletries.-A house hairdryer is available for use.Extra Special Features:-Enclosed, covered dining and entertaining area with a lobster/steamer cooker and outdoor seating.-The spacious great room has an enormous stone fireplace-Billiard table-Shuffleboard-Scrabble & monopoly boards-Bar, stocked with fridge, ice maker, sink, glassware and dishwasher. BYOBOutdoors:-Huge covered deck! This deck has a large propane BBQ with bar seating, meal prep space and numerous sitting areas for gathering and enjoying views of the pool and peeks of the ocean.-Heated outdoor pool-Pool house w/ covered seating-Fire pit-Tennis court*PLEASE NOTE* Use of the pool, fire pit and tennis court are SHARED with a small number of local residents.
